SDA currently doesn't distinguish between different versions of MGS2. The US version of Sons of Liberty has a different dog tag layout to other versions of the game. This run is of the European SoL, which has the same tag layout as the Japanese SoL and all versions of Substance. I don't have any idea which layout is the quicker one, though it's likely the US SoL layout as it has less tags.
